If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

4.Will I Be Able To Return Merchandise That Is Over Is Over 30 Days Old?

Unfortunately no, any purchases over 30 days old are not be eligible for a refund.

6.Can I Cancel An Order After It Is Submitted?
As long as your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you can cancel your order. To prevent an order from shipping, it is vital that you email us service@custom-printed.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to accept a cancellation and/or your order may be considered a return.
